Sound effects enthusiasts like John will recognize the Wilhelm Scream, even if the rest of us are oblivious. They include a court decision that incorporates Talking Heads lyrics, cartoonist Al Hirschfeld's Ninas, and a video compilation of actual Wilhelm Screams.
